I had my first Sushi about 2 years ago.  I basically tried a piece on a dare.  Been hooked ever since.  Not that cheap little crap you find on the Chinese food buffet, the real stuff made in front of you.  That's sushi!

Every town I go to, I will check for a Japanese steak house so that I can get my fix.  It's as much art as it is food.  And if you are still hungry, just save a piece and go fishing with it.
