Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising and its expansion pack Escalation is an online FPS shooter by Nova Logic. Me and my buddy, Kevin Kesler would play it's predecessor, Delta Force 1 and 2 on our office's network. We would play during and after work. We would spend hours playing the coop multiplayer maps. We never ventured online due to the fact that our network would block it. Damn the Corporate Suits!! Damn them all!!! A few years later, I got my friend, Lance into it and we ventured into the multiplayer online and it was fun.. Bigtime fun. After a while we hooked up one night with SlyKnight and eventually hooked up with the EAS Clan. It either means Elite Assignation Squad or Extremely Annoyed Sluts. I forget which. We eventually joined EAS and most of our evenings after our wives went to bed was suddenly filled. I'm not exactly sure if we are that popular, but we are well known. No Cheaters Allowed. After the EAS founder left for destinations unknown, most of us decided to start with a fresh name: Death Squad - X
Holiday Inn Select in Bakersfield, CA. Hooked my computer up to the 32 Inch flat screen LCD TV. Too bad my laptop can only push the game at 800 X 600!
